Shipping policy

Orders will be sent from either one of the locations below depending on availability.

1. Bremen, Germany
2. Izmir, Turkey

For orders lighter than 150 kilograms a courier service will be used. For orders heavier than 150 kilograms orders will be sent using a freight carrier.

All orders are processed within 7 working days.

Orders consisting of only swatches will be processed in 3 working days.

 

Customer will be responsible for their own local taxes and duties entering their country.
